Document Management System and Due Diligence
Document Management System module enables streamlining collaboration, automating routine tasks, and lowering costs related to the creation, management, and storage of business documents. The module allows in particular the association of documents in electronic format (pdf, Office, Dwg.) to the various assets managed in GEOMAP Software (buildings, plants, components). The uploaded documentation is classified and stored in a virtual data-room.
The module integrates features for performing document due diligence. In particular, it is possible to set up a list of documents that must necessarily be present for a given building or plant (for instance fire safety certificate, etc.). It provides also special warnings and notifications in case of expiration or lack of documents.
All documents managed in the Software can be shared between the stakeholders or sent to other systems, printed or exported in various digital formats.
