Corrective Maintenance Management
GEOMAP Software includes a dashboard for management and recording of corrective maintenance requests.
The system integrates features to streamline the management and recording of maintenance requests by call center operators. Additional interfaces, reserved for facility managers, include several analysis and tracking tools.
Any status change during the management of a maintenance request is automatically notified to the personnel involved in the process. The notifications follow specific setup rules in order to always inform the most suitable personnel according to the property or type of building management system involved.
Set up the users and/or maintenance team to be notified based on the characteristics of the maintenance requests. This allows an efficient management of the maintenace teams shifts and availability.
The module traces the entire maintenance process in order to generate specific reports for performance control (S.L.A. and K.p.i.). All reports can be exported to PDF or Excel formats.
